We’ve been a CALPEST customer for several years. We’re very pleased with Jose’s prompt attention to our needs. In addition to an annual spray for springtime bugs and spiders, we recently had a rat problem. Jose discussed how the bait stations worked and why they would not pose a risk for our dogs. Jose discussed his strategy for locating the stations. We’ve had several rats die on site (before returning to any nest) and he’s offered to collect them. He continues to check the bait monthly, always checking with us of his proposed visit day & time. We recently decided to relocate some stations from the patio to other nearby locations and Jose met with us to find new locations. We’ve recommended CALPEST to others.
