If you need to get rid of them pesty animals, then Calpest are the ones you need. When I bought my house, they came over and got rid of the termites that the previous tenants were living with. As a bonus, they also got rid of all the gophers that were plaguing the front and backyard! They were quick to reply and flexible with scheduling. I won't be moving into any other house until Jose clears it from critters.

I’ve used Cal Pest many times over the last few years, and every time I’m amazed at how quick Jose is to respond and take care of our pest problems. Cal pest is always friendly, reliable and fair in their prices.

They came to the house twice and scheduled the fumigation. After all the packing, paying for hotel and everything else, they day if the crew that came to do the job said ooo sorry we can not do it, WHY? Because some walls beed to be cut! But didn’t we were told before? They are just like sorry we don’t know and they left!!!! After hours and many phone calls they said they can do it in 3 weeks!!!!!! Plus $1800 more in cost! Very very bad experience…. Thank you for your response below however this should had been discussed from day ONE! not after 2 visits with your employees.

So glad I found calpest. A different company canceled on me last minute and mike came to the rescue, Mike came out a few days later to treat and repair termite damaged wood and issued a clearance report. I was able to close escrow on time thanks to calpest.

I’ve had Xtreem Pest Control for about 4 years, perhaps longer. Jose, the owner, is just the best! He stays on top of business. I first called them because I could hear something in my attic chewing away when I was trying to go to sleep at night. It alarmed me as I thought it was mice or rats chewing on my electrical wires. I was concerned they would set my home on fire. Jose came out and set traps in my attic and several bate boxes around my yard. It wasn’t long before I didn’t hear any gnawing coming from the attic. What a relief! Jose has someone here every month to unlock the bate boxes in the yard and add new bate. I know the rats are dying as occasionally the Gardner’s will find a dead one. A couple years ago I had Jose inspect for termites and he found some he was able to treat without putting a tent over my home. He uses safe-for-humans treatments for termite and insect control. Jose does what works to rid the pests and helps me stay healthy. I highly recommend Xtreme Pest Control and Jose. He is a blessing in my life.

After reading the reviews, I thought I would give this company a try. Called three times. Got voice mail way time. Left messages with my contact information and no one called me back. Guess they don't need any new business .
